I have lived here for a few months and I have two other friends who lived here in the past. Overall, everyone has nothing but good things to say. Ofc staff are very nice. The community is quiet and the rent is a good price. I previously lived in a 2 bedroom apartment at Bishop's View in Cherry Hill and it was like living in hell. Ofc staff was un-attentive and non-responsive, parking was a mess, residents were undesirables and the rent was well over $300 more then what I am paying for a town home with more sq ft here. I would recommend this to anyone who is nice, quiet and polite! The only issue I have is that parking is not assigned, so when I shovel my car out after a snow storm, someone steals my spot.
