I was pleased!

I was more than happy with my living situation at Maplewood.
From what I understand, parking is only an issue in a few lots for the apartments, not the townhomes. My lot was amply empty almost all of the time, not to mention the lot along the side which was empty all of the time.
I would recommend the townhomes highly, although don't expect a perfect place. Mine had stains in the rug, but the kitchen and bathrooms had recently been remodeled.
Maintenance is ok. Emergencies are delt with, within the hour and non-emergencies are usually responded to within 1 to 2 days.
Price was VERY affordable, hence why I chose. It was lower than surrounding area townhomes and had a significant increase in space. The two bedroom townhome was wonderful for two people sharing a place. The kitchen was large enough to put a table in and the back patio was great although I didn't have a grill to enjoy it that much.
I would definately give the place two thumbs up with some minor issues. You can't expect perfection with any complex or house that you rent. The problems I had were so minor that the price, location, safety, and size all out weighed them.
