Maplewood Apartments

BEWARE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/20/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   My apartment was broken into THREE times by the same person, because the previous tennant's stalker ex-boyfriend still had a key, and THE LOCKS WERE NEVER CHANGED WHEN SHE MOVED OUT!!!!! Management then had the nerve to try and charge me an additional $600 to change apartments (while still charging full rent), despite the three police reports stating that I had been robbed by the stalker. Also, I was working as a bartender when I lived here, and usually came home quite late at night - just in time to see at least one tennant per week loading a moving truck at 2 am. All of my neighbors (at three different units) were awful, and there were often gangs of teenagers running around with sticks and bats, and on more than one occasion, I returned to the laundry room to load my clothes from the washer to the dryer, only to find them dumped on the filthy floor. And the rent went up about $20-30 a year. What a dump, not even close to worth the money they expect you to pay to live there.
