Management must have written this review. There is no way that a tenant living here would have all the statistics that were quoted. Instead of writing glorified reviews they should be addressing the the fire issues. There have been several suspicious fire within the last two months at Maplewood. One on Dogwood Court destroyed an entire building. Rumor has it that they suspect arson. It seems that the fires are starting in the utility rooms of the apartments which were easily accessable from outside the building. Managements answer to this is to hire a half-assed security person to drive around all night in the maintenance truck. These fires are starting in the rear of the apartments, not the parking lots. Wake-up management, do the right thing and notify all the tenants of this problem and ask for their help in keeping an eye out for strange activity. The very least you could do is warn people. Shame on you for being negligent at the expense of peoples lives. My suggestion is to find another apartment community to move to, we are.
