I am currently a tenant at Maplewood and I just don't see the problems that some of the other reviews are talking about. True, you may encounter a parking problem from time to time, but you do have to consider that the place was built in the early 70's and it was uncommon to have more than one car per household. Now, some households have at least 2 cars. As far as maintenance is concerned you couldn't ask for a better group of guys. They are trust worthy and very helpful. There has been many times that they have helped us even on their time off. Just remember as you are searching for your new apartment home that it is an apartment. As much as we would all like to believe that we are the only people on the planet, we're not. There are probably 20 requests a day that have to be attended to, some more important than others, so my request then falls in order of importance. I just accept that I'm renting, and so are 579 other people. It is humanly impossible to please 100% of the people 100% of the time. So, if you are looking for a good community that has a staff that is understanding and neighbors that are friendly then Maplewood is the place for you. We love it here. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

This review was written by management. There is no doubt about it. They need to spend more time solving the many problems that exist in the complex and less time worrying about boosting their review score

I guess if I was an employee of managment or maplewood, I would write the same review myself! Get over it, this place needs some serious improvment with regards to managment and ground upkeep! I was walking with my children one day and my son pointed out a purple condom wrapper just laying in the grass. The trash overflows the dumpters and maintenance could care less. If Maplewood wants to brag about this being a great community, then maybe they should take a little more pride in it's appearance and upkeep. If you see people leaving trash all over the front of their units, then knock on the door or leave a note telling them to clean it up or they will be fined. If you start making some rules for the community and ENFORCE them, then maybe you would have the "great" community that you want to brag about!

I see management is able to pick and choose what reviews they want. I placed a review and I see it was taken out. Management and Maintenance are just liars and thieves - one person in Maintenance had a problem with stealing money and Management covered for him. Real nice place......

Jerry, now I know that management wrote this, these words came right out of your mouth to me when I complained about the parking situation. You should spend more time doing what you were hired to do and less time on the computer!!!
