take your own chance,some people like maple wood, as for myself it's been a bad experience. Apartment backs up to highway 73, which is extremely noisey. People in our court play loud music all night long, and you can feel it in the walls and floors.There are cracks through out the apartment in the walls and ceilings, the cabinets are falling apart,there are tiles in our shower falling off the wall(our great maintanance men stuck them on with latex caulk),our central air has been out most of the time we stayed here,and maintanance always takes a couple of days to get here, not to mention that our electric bill is 250.00 a month due to the air conditioner not working properly. Try spending a couple days in an 85 plus degree apartment.The garbage is horrible,try taking a ride through sunday nights and you'll see what i mean.The maintanance here is horrible,the washing machines flooded out the laundry room for over a month.There is no parking,there are people with three cars sitting in spots,we even have a neighbor with 2 vans,an suv, and a hot dog wagon taking up spots.Also take into consideration maple wood is 5 miles from camden.My car window has been smashed out and things stolen from inside, not to mention 3 other cars in my lot have broken windows.Not to forget about the bums that use to dig in the dumpsters, or young gangsters who often hang out in the parking lot late at night blasting music, or the cross dressing pervert who lives down stairs from us. We are not trying to appear as people that are trying to ruin Maplewoods name, we are just a young couple trying to make people aware of our short stay at Maplewood.
