It's a shame that the managment for Maplewood could care less about the grounds, parking and overall appearance and people living in this place. Some of the tenants take pride in their units and others just trash them and let stuff pile up out in front of their units. If managment would walk around and see some of the trash in this complex, and actually did something about it, then maybe it would be a more pleasant place to live. What about the burnt building in Dogwood Court that has mold growing up the walls in the existing units and the disgusting dumpster that is full of trash and smells to all high heavens. Again, if managment cared, they would have that removed so you didn't have to look or smell the damn thing all day long. The only thing managment cares about is getting their money on the 1st of each month. Other than that, I wouldn't worry about following the lease and all its terms and conditions, because Managment sure doesn't care!!!!!! If JAGER MANAGMENT was removed and a new company took over, then maybe this place would be a more pleasant place to call home.

Well, it was worth a try. New management took over and it is just as bad. They are just as shady as ever and don't care about the people living here. The girls in the office just like walking around the complex in dress shoes like they are important but they look like nothing but fools. They do nothing.
