I would not recommend anyone to live there for the following reasons:

When I moved into my apartment, my apartment was not clean. It was filthy and dirty. I had to wait 3 days before the cleaning lady to get to my apartment.

Parking is horrible if you don't get home before 6pm there is no parking in your development. My car has been vandalized. There has been at least 2 break-ins on Oakwood Dr.

Air conditioner does not work even when it is on. I always had to run the fans when the air conditioner.

The dryers in the laundry room do not dry clothes.

Maintenace do not salt down payments and walkways during snow or ice storm.

Property manager is an arrogant and he could careless about the conditions at Maplewood Apts because he does not live there.

Maplewood Apartments has really gone down and it is not getting any better short of staff and lack of professionalism makes Maplewood Apts not worth living there.
