I was in a townhouse with no problems. It was until i moved into a one bedroom apartment is where the problems came. The townhouse was right near the leasing office. My one bedroom was all the way in the back of the complex. The only thing that was new was the carpet. The walls were not painted. There were paint on the mirrors. There were other minor problems when i came in. The outside on the pourch was horrible. My air conditionar was not working right and it was 80 degrees in my apt right after i came home from the hospital with a punctured lung. They said to fix the air was not an emergency. But when you cant breathe cause it is so hot in the house it is an emergency with a punctured lung. The only problem i really had was with the property manager. Maintanance fixed things to there ability. I was told i needed a new generator for my air cause my wsa broken. I never got one. I called a couple of times on the same thing and the management never took care of it. I can honestly say that maintanance has been good in their power. I am paying way more than it is worth for the one bedroom apartment. I can hear the people in my unit close the doors and i can hear pretty much everything that goes on.

I was on the greyhound bus from PA to NYC when i passed by fox meadows apartmetns on I95 and it seemed very clean, neat and quiet. I arrived home and looked up these apartments on the net and I hear all these terrible things about it (I was interested in moving there) but thanks alot for your feed back now I know not to even apply. If you guys are not getting anywhre with management there then you all need to get involve and report these people to the housing board and get them investigated because they shouldn't treat people so cruel.
