Same fire safety as I expect to see in most rental complexes...meaning none. Four residents on my street burned to the ground last June. One of the most horrifying experiences of my life, although thankfully no humans hurt. Within three weeks following two more less-serious fires started in the complex for the exact SAME REASON (something faulty in the utility closet). You can verify this at

I also live in Dogwood Ct. and the rumaor has it that the fires were suspected arson! Management never notified any of the residents about the suspicious activity. Even when directly questioned about the maintenace truck mysteriously patrolling the parking lots from midnight to early dawn they still didn't admit it. How did I find out? From an honest maintainance man. Now they are trying to rebuild without the proper building permits (what fools), that was stopped in a hurry. Now the rebuilding process will be done right and under the watchful eye of the Maple Shade building inspector.
