If you read the ad in the newspaper for Maplewood it sounds great. Don't be fooled! You will pay top dollar and will receive ample living space (not parking space). The units are old, the windows are over 30 years old and keep nothing out not even noise. Appliances are outdated and "jury rigged" until they no longer work. The units have central air but many people find the need to use window air-conditioners because the central air is expensive and ineffective. Jager Management is a "slum lord". The only thing they care about is collecting their monthly rent and keeping every penny. They do no upgrades and only minimal required repairs. If you are looking for a nice peacefull, complex to live in....you haven't found it here.
