I have had numerous problems over my last 4 years of residency at Maplewood. It took calling the County Health Board out before I had one particular issue resolved. I have had so many problems in this place. My air conditioning never worked properly & causes my electric bills to be the cost of what it would take to cool a 3 bedroom house! Management does not care about anything but that you pay the rent on time. The rent increases have been very high and without consideration of the tenants. I have had the maintenance men tell me how they are told by management to jerry-rigg things because they will not pay to fix them properly. Save yourself the heartache & find somewhere else to live. Do not let the largere size of these apartments make your decision to reside here. I did and I have paid the price more than you know!!! The only reason I stay here is so I can finsih up my schooling & afford to move. The rent is so high I can't save to leave...I"M TRAPPED...HELP!!!!
