Maplewood has new owners and management company can only get better, no way but up from what it had become.
I have lived here for 3 years.. The last year was the worse. Found out, through the grapevine complex was sold. The new management, METRO, is trying. I am home during the day and not a day goes by that maintance is here fixing things in the area I am in. They have come into my place two times, did the repairs and were pleasant and helpful with other issues. More repairs have to be done but I am waiting until I have to ask again, some have to wait till spring (broken patio)
Unfortunately, they kept some of the office staff. The same people who lost request for maintance in the past are getting them forwarded now, but again time will tell.
I was told , by main. they are going to be upgrading apts as thy are vacated, and finally, finish the burnt out one for rental.
Time will tell
