Maple Shade has a noise ordinance. If you have a noisy neighbor, all a resident has to do is call the police and they respond immediately. The Management at Maplewood has been very responsive when I have complained about noise. From what I was told, if a call to the police is made, management receives a copy of the police report and will follow up with a letter to the tenant that they have violated their lease. I love living at Maplewood expecially since the management has change. They have made numerous improvements, and the office staff are very responsive and friendly.

What about the noise that is generated by the renovation workers at 7pm or on Saturday at 7am? The office staff are puppets. They are told to smile and be sympathetic but really could care less about you the tenant.

What improvements? And how does the town of Maple Shade having a noise ordinance have anything to do with this lowsy complex we live in. If the management is telling people they have violated their lease, it is only a continued ploy to kick us out. You must live in the apartments where the drug dealers live. The noise in the townhomes is the LEAST of our problems!!
