This is the worst place ever!!!! It's over runned with rodents, bugs, etc. The staff could care less what the tenants are going through. They hand your keys out to people they "contract" out, and you better be there when these contractors come or you may be missing stuff... then the staff blames you for making yourself a victim. And the renovations they are doing are ALL superficial....as a matter of fact there's been electrical fires in the "new" places!!! Just call the Maple Shade Fire department and the police department to see how many times they come out here a week!!! And watch the rent they have raised everyone's rent, we're all paying about $150-$200 more since Metric took over.

And there is no noise ordenance here!!!! They start at 7 a.m., not to mention the landscapers who blow all the leaves and crap up to your door so YOU have to go out and sweep/rake your area!!!

RUN! RUN! RUN! To somewhere else!!!!

You are right!! You should see all the dirt that comes through my front windows from the blowers. The funny thing is my windows are closed when this happens. Go figure. We have bugs in our unit all the time as well. Have you seen the contractors making all kinds of noise last Saturday? They were here on a weekend waking people up on our days off from work. I think its time we get together and have a news reporter come out for a story on this place. If enough of us get together with our complaints I think the news would get involved.

I am about to call those newspapers/stations!! This place gets more ridiculous by the day!! My lease is up at the end of March and they now want 60 days notice?!?!?!? Isn't it 30 days notice?? And to boot they want to charge me $1458 for the "additional" month... they don't even charge that for the new "so-called" renovated apartments!! I think this is getting personal!! I think we all need to chip in and get a good lawyer!!
