I would have to totally disagree with the rating of this apartment complex! Including the comments about Metric. I have lived here for two years and have not had one problem. Its quiet, well lit, and safe. Not to mention the staff in the office they are great. And the maintenance staff is great they respond in less then 48 hours. I know that metric took over when i first moved in and they are making some great improvements to this complex. I know you cannot please everyone and compared to the other apartment communities in this area i would highly recommend this one. I say keep up the good work!

So who do you know at this place? I haven't run into one person in this place that is happy here.... not even the new tenants with their renovated apartments... they are even having problems.... shotty workmanship, fires, and the simplicity of staff not responding and down right ignoring the tenants because they don't want to be bothered!! Again you must have a "friend" here or just one of the staff!

So, which one of the office staff are you? You can't be for real. You have got to be an employee here. No one is falling for it. There are too many unhappy tenants living in this dump. You have got to be an employee.

i know who this is at the office..due to the comments ive gotten. Also, if they know who are posting these posts, when you go in to ask them a question, you will barely get eye contact and get an attitude!!! Get this..YOU get an ATTITUDE because THEY suck?! HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
