I've lived there for about 2 months now. I'm still waiting to see what is wrong with this place. Aside from smelling my neighbor's occasional cigarette smoke, I have no complaints. They even welcome you in with a welcome kit and bottled water in the fridge! Prices might be creeping up so that could be a potential negative and something to watch. Great location, great place! I'm glad I chose this place.
