I'm leaving here for 6 month. So far I'm completely satisfied and rent here is definitely a best buy!
I put 4 out of 5 only for Construction and Maintenance because:
1) I have noisy air condition
2) Maintenance is friendly but sometimes useless (as everywhere else)
Update. From the logistic point of view, this plase is THE BEST! You have the quickest access to Turnpike, 295, 38, 41, 70, 73. The Church road near this place IS NEVER JAMMED so you can have access to any road within 2-3 minutes!!!
