I have lived at Pickwick for about 2 months. I have found it to be quiet and attractive. The air conditioning system is loud but the apartments are well insulated and I never hear anything from my neighbors. The laundry rooms on the premises are always kept neat and I find the machines to be maintained well. The apartments are located near various main roads and shopping centers. I like the fact that you have the opportunity to personalize your location with flowers, screen doors, etc.
