A friend of mine was locked out due to the exterminator locked the bottom lock.
She went to the office with the hope of letting her in - Lee(Rental Agent) informed her that
she would not allow her access to my apartment without my approval.
I called the office - Lee asked me to fax over a request to let my friend in...
She received the fax and Mo(Maintenance Supervisor) promptly went over to let her in.
My friend mentioned that Lee and Mo understood the situation and treated her
very nicely.
My thanks to Lee and Mo and your office policy of enforcing the security
assurance.
That is comforting to know.
Thank you again.
