This apartment complex staff is the worst. You maintenance request continually get lost. You will have to follow up and baby-sit your request. The maintenance supervisor is rude; it usually takes maintenance 2-3 times to get the job right. There's a sewage problem and you will find toilette paper coming out of the drains. The apartments have several issues with mold and the bugs will run you out of your apartment. In the summer watch out for the killer bee hives and the termites. Most of the apartments need upgrading and are falling apart. But trust they will significantly increase the rent every year. The atmosphere is nice and great for families. There are no safety concerns. But when you pay your hard earned cash you want things to be done right.
