First off, I read some of the other reviews and I had to laugh. Some of the things that these people come up with are just amazing. Just remember this, most of the time when you read a bad review, your only getting one side of the story. I bet the people that work in the office have a few good stories about the people that submitted their ridiculous stories. They were probably people that were evicted for some reason or another and then instead of blaming their self they blame someone else. Here is my story, which I can say is absolutely true. I have lived at Roberts Mill for 4 years and absolutely love it. Pat in the office has worked there many years and is the most pleasant, cheerful, helping person you will find. The office staff is the most professional I have seen and has bent over backwards many times to make me and my neighbors happy. They make quick repairs, shampoo our carpets when needed and will even feed our cats when we go on vacation. The place is mostly professional people that need a nice place to live in a great location. I have lived at other apartments before but this place by far is the best. From the manager to the maintenance staff, to the apartment itself, all I can say is GREAT GREAT GREAT!!!
