I was literaly laughing out loud at some of these bad reviews. People really need to grow up, and quite their bitching and moaning. Go out and get sponsored by Kleenex because you are crying a river!

I was at Robberts Mill for one year and I had no problems. I even broke my lease early, and the staff was very understanding and tried to accomodate me the best they could.

Did I have to pay extra for breaking the lease early'' YES! But guess what, I understand that they are running a business. They did their best to make the costs as minimal as possible. And even gave me the oppertunity to find someone to sub-let which is not in the lease.

Maintenance was very responsive to anything that was wrong with the apartment. Usually was fixed that day.

I lucked out with the neighbor living above me. As quiet as a mouse. I love how people are using this space to complain about neighbors making noise. Isn't that something you should take up with your neighbor'!'!

Overall a good experience.
