This apartment complex is definitely not worth the rent. The buildings are very old, and the apartments have not been updated at all. We can hear everything the person upstairs does. I can basically follow him walking up his stairs, through the living room, into the bathroom because the floors creak so bad. They do address maintanence issues quickly, but their way of fixing things is to just paint over everything. We had a leak in our bathroom, and they came and just painted over the ceiling.

I will say that I feel safe there, have never been uncomfortable coming home late or after dark. We have plenty of parking in the front and back of our building.

There was never any question that we were going to move as soon as our lease was up-compare this place to some of the other places around. Of course no where is going to be perfect, but we can get a better deal for our money many other places.

The rent is going up $30.00 this year. So we would be paying $840 for a 1 bedroom place with no dishwasher, washer, dryer, 1 small closet in the bedroom, and no storage space in the bathroom. I would definitely look around before moving in here.
