Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
If you move into Robert's Mill, do not take an apartment in the back. Especially on Matlack. There are no enforcement of "dog" laws. The plumbing sucks and there is constant flooding. If you get a basement with a sump pump...run. These apartments are too pricey for what you get.
