Do not waste your time! This place is a joke !!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/1/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I been here for 3 month's. I can't wait to get out. It's a living nightmare. Everything stinks here-Front office-WHAT A BUNCH OF STUPID AIRHEADS !!!! They rip you off left and right. Get this one. Now they will be stealing your money due to the "pet rules" Hello !!!!!!! Did you know people from Stoney Run walk their animals at Roberts Mill ' You need to have them fill out forms and take a picture of their animals. I have seen everyone cleaning up after their pets here at Mills. I have seen people from Stoney Run NOT cleaning up. How can you say no pitbulls, & other animals not allowed. That is down right prejudice. What are you animal experts now' It all comes down to money money money. Stealing other people's money to benefit wonderful Roberts Mill. The animal dropoff's look tackey. It's an eyesore. Ah the windows on all the townhouses only. How come 1 bedroom apts are not getting new windows ' Fix these windows and other problems with the money your bringing in with the rental increases. New office staff is needed, you people have no clue what your doing!!!!!!
