I have lived here since April of 2001. I would not recommend this complex to anyone I like. For example, I went to drop off the rent check at the office 2 weeks ago. I waited in the office for 7 minutes, before someone surfaced. And I was calling out "Hello". They ignored me. Gee, I guess they really need the money. As for our neighbors, they seem to be really nice. One lady is a little strange, but she keeps to herself, so I won't complain. Now, the building next to us is a different story. There are like 6 people living in a one bedroom apt. And the one lady sun bathes every chance she can in her string bikini. Too bad she doesn't take regular baths and she also should not be wearing that bikini(not exactly something to get jealous about if a know what I mean). The noise level has been better lately. Last summer was very bad(people having arguments in the parking lot at 3:00am), but this summer is better.
Beware, when we moved in we had no idea you have to pull the washer to the kitchen sink for hook up! Makes it hard to do wash and have company at the same time. If you are considering moving here...I would think again and go for a duplex in a small neighborhood. It's not worth the frustration. The women at the management office have a few screws loose. It is like talking to a door when you try to explain something to them.
