I have been at Roberts Mill for just over a month now, and I am thrilled so far. The grounds are well maintained and I have one of their renovated apartments - upgraded kitchen and bath - and am very satisfied. I live closer to the front of the complex.
Yes, it is smaller than my previous apartment. But I have my own w/d, which is a HUGE plus. It is very quiet, I hardly see anyone, and I like it that way.
The front office personnel have been fine so far. When it comes to dealing with people in general, sometimes you have to push to get what you need. Don't take it personally.
I recommend Roberts Mill. Just drive around and check out the different areas before you decide.
