Pros: lots of parking, quiet, fast response by maintenance. I recently had my fridge break and maintenance replaced it with a new one the very next day. They also cleaned out the old one and left the what few salvagable items there were. I like the location as it is a quick drive to 295, 73, 38. I havent had any issues with safety which is very important to me.

Cons: noise from upstairs (if u live on the ground floor). I could sometimes here my upstairs neighbor walking around as the floor boards do creak. The washer/dryer are a bit small in my unit...and i usually end up drying twice! There is no near by recycling (only thing they have is behind leasing office). This is a bit troublesome as I like to recycle.
