I agree, this place certainly isn't what it used to be, i've had several encounters with the office staff myself. As far as the amentities, the pool could be open at better times through out the summer, by time i get home from work i am unable to use it which only leaves the weekends, and sometimes the lifeguard leaves early and i go and it's closed! The gym is always open but then again that's because we have a key to get into it people..duh. Maintenance are ok, the apartments are nice and so are the grounds, however there are a few spots that could use some more lighting at night. I think the fact that you received a towing warning was obsurd considering we are allowed to park anywhere, and if you were'nt doing anything wrong then that is wrong on the management's part, they could gone about the ordeal in a much nicer way.
I think all of you other people need to remember your own words when you say everyone has their own experiences, just because you like the community doesn't mean everyone else has to.

I agree that the office management is poor now. They used to be great and may be that again if they (Morgan Properties, which owns Roberts Mill) retrain or bring in senior office staff with better people and negotiation skills. I've never had a problem parking my cars, however, and I've found their maintenance and services to be excellent. The units themselves are nice. The grounds are very green and well maintained, with lots and lots of trees that afford privacy. I also think the safety ratings are too low. Compared to other areas I've lived this is a very safe area.

I have lived at Roberts Mill for almost 2 years now and I can honestly say that the staff has been excellent. They have been and continue to be helpful and very friendly. Yes there will be problems that arise while living in an apartment community but have you thought that maybe the issues you were having lied with your own terrible disposition and attitude? I have been able to use the basketball courts, the volleyball courts, fitness center and the pool. So in regards to the first complaint, what are you talking about? Did you ever stop to think about how nice the apartments are? The aparments have great layouts, lovely grounds, excellent maintanence and more. In regards to the first complainer, why was your car towed? Was it parked illegally, was it blocking your neighbors ability to properly exit and enter their apartment, was it registered etc? If you answered yes to any of those questions then yes, your car deserved to be towed. So once again, I love this community. For all those reading these messages, please keep in mind that negative responses are oftentimes the result of one persons experience and everyone responds to issues very differently!!! keep that in mind!!!

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I have never had an issue with the staff; if anything they can be OVERLY helpful and friendly maybe you just had a bad experience, which is most of the time the trigger to write such horrible things about the place. I mean how often do people express their happiness with something you are 10 times more likely to complain about something or someone rather than PRAISE something or someone. I just have ONE QUESTION -- If the STAFF were OUTSTANDING would you have written a review of that? I THINK NOT -- thanks I am more than please to say I am a Roberts Mill resident; good staff, nice apartment, and no complaints. By the way I use the fitness center almost everyday and love to take my kids swimming in the pool no problems did you try to go on Monday? Because this is the only day out of 7days a week that it is closed. OH one last note if I need the office staff on SUNDAY of all days? THEY ARE OPEN and EAGER TO HELP.

My own disposition and attitude had nothing to do with my experience, i suggest you keep your insults to yourself and learn your facts before saying anything about my personal experience. The reason they have apartment ratings is for people to share their experiences with others which is exactly what i did. I am aware everyone has different experinces but that was mine. And NO my car was not illegally parked, or blocking anyone, and yes it is registered and legal, the only reason this complaint happened was because of people like you who do not learn their facts before making accusations. I'm glad you love the community, however, i feel much differently about it based on my own experiences. So keep that in mind for yourself.
