What can I say,I have really enjoyed my stay here but it is coming to an end soon. Management is friendly and professional. The apts. are very spacious and beautiflly laid out. I always have good parking in front of my apt. The complex is extremely quiet...almost like ghost town..and I LOVE THAT! I rarely see any children even during the summer time. The grounds are always kept clean, maintenance responds to your requests in a very timely manner. All my appliances work and the apartments are bug free. The location is convenient to like everything: malls, shopping centers, gas stations, philly, schools, etc... I am really going to hate leaving here...but unfortunately, the rent is becoming a little unaffordable for me. If I had a roomate, I wouldn't be going anywhere. Now, I guess I will have to live vicariously through those of you that are still here. I'm telling you...I don't think you'll find a better apt. complex in this area. My lease is up in about a month and I am already preparing myself mentally for the downgrade to my new place and the drama. Anyway...don't hesitate to rent here....I've had absolutely no complaints during my stay and as you can see from the other residents they have none as well. Good luck & Happy Renting :-)
