The sound insulation is horrible. The ceilings creak and squeel if you live on the 1st floor, and all the walls are paper thin.

Management doesn't care what your neighbors do. My neighbor parties and will often have crowds over to drink, party, and make an unavoidable ruckus in and out of the apartment as late as 4AM. There is inadequate parking on our side of the complex on party nights, which tend to be weeknights and weekends.

Management will sometimes send out letters if you complain, but these letters can be ignored without consequence.

Don't be fooled by the strict lease or the positive reviews here like I was. If you want to live in a low quality complex with poor management there are cheaper alternatives in the area.

Well, don't make the mistake of moving to Foxmeadow, that place is the worst of the worst. Let's face it. No matter how much you pay in rent in this area you are getting ripped off. I lived at a brand new complex called Brook View of Marlton for about $1150 a month and had exactly the same issues as you. Paper thin walls, oblivious management, parking issues, dog excrement everywhere, you name it. Apartments only benefit the owners, the managers generally could care less because they know there is no where else to go, except another apartment complex. They've probably worked at other complexes and probably have heard every complaint under the sun and simply let it go in one ear and out the other. They know they've got you until the lease is up. In fact if you leave, well it won't be long before another sucker arrives to take your empty aparment. I've lived in south jersey for about five years and have lived in five different places. No matter where you go the neighbors are always the same. It seems everywhere I go to live I run into some neighbor or family memeber of a neighbor who just loves to slam doors. Whether its the front door or the car door or the closet door, they cant tell if the door is closed unless the slam it so hard it sounds like its coming off the hinges. When I lived at Ramblewood I had a neighbor that had an movie sound system that would shake the walls. And you could hear him slam his door all the time even though he lived on the opposite side of the building. The best thing to do when the party starts up is call the cops after 11 PM and report them. After you get a few disturbing the peace called on them go to management and have them evicted. If you have to talk to your neighbors and ask if they will back you up. At the very least continue to call the cops on them, eventually they may decide to party elsewhere.
