Just renewed the lease. My husband and I have lives here for a little over a year now. Maintenance has always responded within 24 hours. Our fridge was broken when we first moved in, so they brought us a new one the next day and paid for the spoiled food. It's quiet, there's plenty of parking, it's mostly kid free, dog free, and very clean. If you are looking for a nice complex in Maple Shade I would come here.
