I live in Ryan's Run West. It's clean, quiet, and relatively cheap. The neighbors are largely invisible. What more do you want' I have been here for about 2 months and I have yet to see any of the three people that live in my "quad". From past experiences in apt living, trust me, these are the kind of neighbors that you want. I don't think I've seen anyone below the age of 21 wandering around.
Lots of older folks, so you know that they're not going to put up with the noise. If you want to have a party every Friday night, go somewhere else.
Cons:
1) If you live on the side that faces Route 41, there is light noise from traffic when you have the windows open. I can deal with it.
2) Older apartments on the outside, so it's not necc. a place that you will take great pride in.
3) Kitchens in the 1 bedrooms can be a little dark at times; that's just a symtom of that layout of the apartment.

Has anyone living in Ryan's Run EAST had any noise problems from the heavy truck traffic on the Rt. 73 ramp, especially in the corner buildings?
