I have been a resident for a little over one month. I must say that I am really satisfied with the community. Here are my observations on Ryans Run in which I hope to follow back on and update after being here for a year.

Parking
--------
There is definately enough parking around my building. Some times at night if I come home late I can not get a spot right at my entrance, but maybe a few spots down. When company comes over, they never have a problem either.

Noise Level
---------
When I have nothing on I can some times hear the TV from my downstairs neighbor. She is an older lady so I think the volume is up a bit when she watches the TV. I never hear kids so this makes me fairly happy. My previous apartment I would wake up sometimes to the sound of screaming kids playing outside. Not the case in Ryans Run, this community is fairly quiet.

Grounds
--------
Landscaping is well kept. The buildings are slightly older on the outside, but at night I think the place looks beautiful. Just the way the community is lit up, just something about it. Very clean place, hardly any trash on the grounds. Everything is well kept.

Safety
--------
Feel completely safe in the complex. Elders seemed to leave welcome signs on their doors or maybe a little flower pot by their entrance. Nothing stolen or damanged. One of the first apartments I've rented in that I have left my door unlocked running out for a couple minutes and felt completely secured in doing so.

Construction
----------
My apartment has no leaks or mildew spots. We got some really heavy rain recently so I walked around investigating. No signs of any disruption. The kitchen looks brand new. The carpets look new, and so does the bathroom. The painting in the apartment looks professional (not tons of paint over things like door jams, etc). The place is definately the nicest apartment I've rented.

Maintenance
----------
Haven't needed them yet so I can not comment.

Office Staff
----------
Some of the nicest people I've met. Very friendly and you can go see for yourself at their sample home.

Would like your opinion pls: do you think Ryan's Run West is better than Ryan's Run East? I have checked out the apartment complex and somehow West looks better maintained. Is Maple Shade a nice town or is it too commercial?
