Ryan's Run buildings are poorly constructed and the structure design is just ugly. The landscaping and maintenance is also very poor. I'm regretting my decision of moving here. There are spiders and cobwebs everywhere in the stairways that are never cleaned. The balconies have no privacy. The water pressure in the bathroom is low. Washer/dryer is too small -- just wash 2 jeans at a time. Cooking range is electric and inefficient. People have motorbikes, trailers, etc. in the parking spaces. The Ryan's Run East Sign is in the dark and none of your guests will find the entrance to this apartment complex. They will drive past it onto rt 73 and turning back is not easy. The apartment complex is located in a commercial area. The rent, $905 a month, is too high for this area. Maple Shade itself is also a very shady, sleazy, low life town. You will often see people walking by the side of the highway or riding by on a bicycle. Doesn't feel too safe. The police don't seem to patrol this area much either.

You think the maintence is bad at Ryan Run? Its the best I have ever seen. Try Stoney Run, then tell me what you think. Maple Shade a bad area? Maybe the sleeze ball motels on 73, but not the town (downtown) which is nice. Are you on DRUGS???

I live on the West Side and don't have much of these problems. I also came from Hunters Glen so almost anything is a step up. I am still satified after being here for 2 years.
