Best Dollar for Dollar Apartments

I've lived in a lot of crapholes around the greater NJ-Philly suburbs and I can attest to the fact that these are the best apartments dollar for dollar in the area. You get a large apartment (1100ish sq. ft. for 2 br 1ba), with a good useful floorplan, remodeled kitchen/bathroom/fixtures/large new windows, water included, etc. for a paltry $1050 a month. Compare that to similar apartments in the area that bill themselves as luxury and charge you $1300 for a 30 year old unrenovated hovel.

Management is great, Davis is the best in the business. They're easy to deal with, fair minded, and not out to gouge you. My wife's grandparents live in Sagemoore in Marlton and also deal with Davis and similarly have nothing but good things to say. One of the most important things about management is that they are picky with applicants. Most of our neighbors are older respectful residents, or young professionals. There's no Fox Ghetto crowd here.

Location is very convenient, sitting right on top of the Route 41,38,73 intersection. And less than a mile from 295 and the turnpike. Parking is ample, and the apartments are kind of hidden away with only one entry point so you're safe and don't have to worry about random strangers roaming about.

The only cons are that there is a moderate amount of noise due to the proximity to all the highways. The grounds are mundane and the retro architecture of the outside of the apartments is hideous (personally who cares if inside they are nice). And the setup of the entry ways are kind of squirley. We had to request a different unit because the way the stairs and balcony were set up it was impossible to get a large couch into the unit we were initially going to move in to. Thankfully, I recognized this immediately and switched us well ahead of our move in.

Good people living here, excellent apartments on the inside, good management, good price point. I could not ask for more. We're looking to buy a house next year, if I wasn't trying to capitalize on a good (buyers) housing market I would have no problem at all staying in Ryans Run for a few more years.
