I lived in this complex for the last three years. I enjoyed myself for most of the time there but the last year (2002) has been hell.

First the sewage has overflowed from my bathroom FOUR times between 1/20/02 and 1/31/03 (when I moved out). I was already looking for a new apartment after the first, but the last 3 have happened either right before or shortly after my move out (3 since thanksgiving '02). Usually this included soaking the dinning room, living room and bedroom carpets in sewage. The office staff was rarely kind about cleaning it up even though the service men they use are very nice. I actually had to ask the office manager if she would live like that before she agreed to clean it up the second time.

I'm sure you've also heard that Stoney Run has had SEVEN major fires since it was built in 1974. The firewalls in the older buildings won't stop the spread of the fire to the roof which usually results in the whole building burning down. There have been TWO major fires between feb 2002 and feb 2003!

My advice would be to stay away and look elsewhere. Its not worth your safety or your health to live there.
