This is the most over-priced and worst place to live in south jersey. There are better complexes in camden. Let's sum up the big problems and not even mention the others since there are too many to list.
Living at stoney run you can expect sewage coming up from your drains on a weekly basis. This includes your kitchen sink, oh yes you get to see what all your other neighbors ate for dinner that night! As well as your shower - you get to stand in what your neighbors ate last night!
Living at stoney run you get the excitement of being in Iraq! Yes, you too can experience what its like to have buildings burning down beside you, bright in flames, and buildings coming down.. roars of sirens on saturday mornings. Just like bombs falling!
And let's not forget about all the crazy people who live here! What wonderful neighbors. Of course the staff won't let you know about this one, but most of stoney run is populated by brain injured patients from Bancroft. These patients who most are not fit to live on their own, will hang clothes off their balcony down to your patio, fling cigarettes down to your patio (fire''), let you smell their smoke all over your apartment, let you smell their diahrrea coming through the vents, and more!
Finally, an ode' to the so kind staff. It's so easy to talk to them before you sign the lease when they tell you one price and just before you sign they raise the price. Once that lease is in their hand, you can forget about it. Don't even try calling for a work order. They will ----- you out and complain and treat you like low class scum. After all, why should they care about lowly apartment dwellers like you' For all they know, everything I've said is made up until I show them my photographs when I MOVE OUT OF HERE!
Trust me folks, stay far far away from this place. As soon as my lease ends, I'm outy.
