I have to agree w/ the majority of the other reviews for Stoney Run. We have had to call maintenance for one reason or another at least once a month since we have moved in (drains backing up in the shower, lack of water pressure, broken A/C, broken dryer, broken toilet) The grounds are not well kept for the amount of money we pay in rent. The stairwells are dark, and often the one light that is there is out for no apparent reason. Then there are the fires. Now the complex is installing sprinkler systems. This means they are in and out of your apt for a few weeks making a mess and using your bathrooms. THey say that management will be accompanying all of the contracted workers to do this, but it is not true.
Also, the view from my balcony is of a bog. A dirty, mosquito invested bog. There are mosquitoes, bugs, and spiderwebs everywhere.
