7 Major FIRES

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
Stoney Run has had 7 major fires in the last 5 years. The most recent of wich was this past January. When I moved in, I was told the new construction was just that, NEW, not a replacement for a burned out unit.
Management is slow to get repoairs done. My roof has leaked 7 times in the time that I have lived there. Each time I reported it to the office, I was told that the roofer would be out tomorrow to look at it. I'm not sure if he ever showed up. There is bird crap everywhere and management will not clean it up.
