I find it remarkable that people can actually say that this is a good place to live. I have been here for three years and have experienced two fires in the past ten months. It is the scariest feeling to be away from your home and wonder if your house and personal belongings are being scorched by a fire. Let me remind you that this complex is one of the few complexes in South Jersey that still allow any size pet and almost every resident has one, so the fact that they have had two fires in less than a year, is scary itself. Also the fact that they seem to disregard the seriousness of the fires. I would never recomend this place to my worst emeny. The windows have drafts, the bugs are out of control, and never once in three years have I seen an exterminator.
There is mildew in the walls and the bathroom, I have had several peices of furniture ruined because of flooding...the list goes on, please, please,please, if considering this complex, look elsewhere, it is for your own well being.One last thing, just because you do some landscaping, does not mean it is any better than it was a year ago, be scared, be VERY scared!!!!
