This is by far one of the worst apartment complex i have come across and there are some bad ones out there. It is very expensive to live in the stoney run imgine pay 900 a month for a 1bdr. yes your rent go up every year and its not worth it. The pool is dirty, the basketball court is run down, bad lighting, no parking. They were putting in sprinkler system, the men came in messed the carpet up, my furniture, i called the office and you want to know what they said. Write a letter. They did not even try to assist me, and i can gaurantee when i move out of here when my lease is up which i plan on doing, my security deposit will be gone. Its a scam, the are a rip off, unfair living, this place needs to be shut down. It's a PITT here. I would not reccommend this place to live in. The say cheaper is not always better, but this place is not even that cheap. Pay the extra hundred and save yourself the headache.
I will let you know what they do about my security deposit in 2004 and how long it takes to get in back.
