The walls and ceiling of my utility room off the porch have fallen down. I have big white patches on the walls - management has refused to paint. Where there are no patches there are 14-15 cracks in the walls.

There's much too much to relate. When you drive in, the place looks like a million dollars. When you live there, the place feels like five cents. I've been here 5 years and it has got steadily worse.

That's the trend - worse.
