You really do not want to move here. The section of the complex i live in, has had 3 major flooding incidents in 8months, a fire and a car bombing. Take my advice, you do not want to make yourself live through this hell. God forbid you call maintenance they will call you back when they are ready and come back to do the job the following day no matter how serious the situation. I am telling you dont do it.
