When you live here, your apartment will flood, patios collapse, heaters will break, and mold will poison your air. When you end up getting swollen lymphnodes and cancer, don't come complaining to the staff, they sure won't care. After all, they don't have to live here.

I actually saw a resident fall from his 3rd floor patio when it collapsed from rotting wood. He was taken to the hospital unconscious. Who knows if he's dead or alive. The owner of this place was only concerned about how cheap of wood he could get to replace the patio.

Do you have $925/month to pay for this place' Then give it to me instead! I'll be happy to take your money, but at least I won't end up sending you to the doctor for a biopsy!

I never heard of anyone falling from balcony and cancer from what. They cleaned my heater room and ducts professionally, painted and fixed patios last spring. They have also replace door knobs and fawcets and spickets in bathroom . They do respond if you talk right when you make request.
