Rook leaks have stained the kitchen ceiling and walls and this had to be painted. On two occasions there was water dripping in my kitchen. Office staff and maintenance were prompt to perform cosmetic repairs. However, the entire roof needs to be replaced in my building.

Contrary to the previous posts - the rent has not changed in the nearly three years I have been here.

The view is nice and their are lots of windows to make the space feel like you are not sequestered in an apartment. As far as spiders - this is a wooded complex.

Regarding safety - select a third floor unit. It is possible to gain entry by climbing the decks. The complex is fairly quiet.

Snow removal from walkways and salting was promt during the season.
