Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
Not a place to live. The maintanence guy's will take months to come and some times they will take more than one visits at the intervel of more than weeks. The place is old and not maintained at all. Spiders and bugs all over the place. Stairs are prity dark.
You cannot break the lease in the middle if you have to. If you do, pay them 3 months of rent and forget the security deposit. Giving 3 months of advance notice is no good.
