Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
more that 3 fires in less than a decade.

Maintanance will take forever no matter its big or small.

Higher Elec. bill.

Oil smell in winters as the heaters as oil based. the A/c and the water heaters are prity old and hence are not energy efficient.
