It's the cheaters run

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
The office is a big cheater. I had my apartment roof leaked twice. Called up the leasing office many times and there was no repairs done to the roof. Finally after 3 months I decided to leave the place and guess what, they sent me a letter demanding $2288.00 as penalty for terminating my lease early.
This is the worst place I have every seen where you have to keep calling for getting the maintenance and still it takes months before you can get the broken things fixed.
